my submissions are jst being removed!!!!, I understand they are just short animations but they are similar or better compared to some approved stuffs. you know it takes hard work to make them, then what do u get on the next day of submission,an email saying "We're sorry to inform you that your Portal submission "Ball bounce" has been removed due to a low user rating. If you have questions regarding the minimum ratings needed to keep your submission on the site, please consult the Wiki." were even if i click the consult to wiki thing nothing pops up. I dont get it, am I doing something wrong here???

I wouldn't recommend you to resubmit a previously blammed work, that may get you temporarily banned from submitting to the flash portal. NG mods are very active, and notice that kind of stuff.

Even if your submission doesn't break any rules, It still can be blammed during the judgement process.
